How can I place an order without using my credit card?
There are other payment options available at the Online Shop using which you can place an order. You can pay with the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard or American Express or you can send a cheque or money order to Greek World Music. Please note that you are sending out payment in the additional instructions field when placing your online order. You may send your cheque to our address by quoting your order number. In What Currency will my Credit Card be Charged?

As our company, greekworldmusic.com is located in Toronto Canada and all transactions occur in a fixed Canadian currency. Your financial institution of which your credit card is issued from will convert the Canadian amount to the appropriate currency of your home country. NOTE: Exchange rates vary on a daily basis.

Your Credit Card will be charged once your credit card financial institution has approved your billing information and has assigned us an authorization number for the order amount in Canadian dollars.

Damaged Goods due to Transit

If you have received an order that has been damaged due to transit, please notify us soon as possible by calling 1.866.466.9040 or e-mail general@greekworldmusic.com

If damaged goods due to transit have been delivered by UPS please make sure BEFORE SIGNING, that you indicate the package was delivered to your doorstep in a damaged state.
